March 2026 Blog Post

Hi everyone!

There is something about moving that makes you face your stuff šŸ˜…

When we moved into the new house, I didn’t just box things up and toss them in a corner. I had to touch every single bin, every drawer, every roll of vinyl, every tool I’ve collected over the years.

And let me tell you… that will make you think.

I found supplies I completely forgot I had. I found tools I used once and never picked up again. I found blanks I was ā€œsaving for something special.ā€ And I found materials I clearly loved, because they were almost gone. It really made me look at what I actually use and what I just store, and that got me thinking…

Have you ever truly gone through all of your craft supplies? Not just tidy the top of your table. I mean really go through it. Because when you do, a few things happen.

You See Your Patterns

You notice what you gravitate toward. Maybe you always reach for neutral vinyl. Maybe you buy shirt blanks but rarely make shirts. Maybe you have a drawer full of projects you meant to try.

There’s no judgment in that. It’s just awareness. And awareness is powerful.

You Remember What You’re Capable Of

When I unpacked everything, I was reminded of how many different techniques I’ve learned over the years.

Layered vinyl.

Infusible Ink.

Wood signs.

Acrylic projects.

It honestly inspired me. Not in a ā€œdo moreā€ way. In a ā€œoh yeah… I can make thatā€ way.

You Realize You Don’t Need More

This was the big one for me. After going through literally every little thing I own, I can confidently say… I do not need more supplies. I need to use what I have. There is so much creativity already sitting in my studio. And instead of buying something new to feel inspired, I want to challenge myself to work through what’s here. To try that tool I haven’t touched in a while. To finally use that specialty vinyl. To stop saving things for ā€œsomeday.ā€

So Let Me Ask You…

Have you ever taken the time to go through your craft supplies and really purge?

Not just organize. Actually decide:

  • What do I love?

  • What do I use?

  • What am I holding onto ā€œjust in caseā€?

  • What could bless someone else instead of sitting in a bin?

Sometimes clearing space doesn’t just make room physically. It makes room creatively.

March Is About Intentional Creating

For me, this month isn’t about buying. It’s about using. It’s about looking at what’s already here and asking: What can I make with this? Not ten projects. Not a whole house transformation.

Just something. Because once you start creating again with intention, the momentum comes naturally.

Your craft room might already be ready.

The real question is… are you? 🌸✨

Happy Crafting! šŸŽØāœ‚ļø
